Introduction

Hi Everyone, Freezai here with a Mega Crabominable team that I featured in a video. It's hard trick room: get up trick room and start attacking. Honestly... Mega Crab is not that good, but it's a lot of fun!

Teambuilding process

I first started with Mega Crabominable (obviously) but I was looking for a good secondary Trick Room abuser. Truthfully, there aren't that many good options without Choice Specs or Choice Band. You have to try and work in a very limited timeframe, and that too without your mega because it's already used on Crab. I settled on Torkoal; Charcoal Eruption is incredibly powerful and combos with Crab.

Then I needed a way to get Trick Room up. Farigiraf is my go-to; it blocks Fake Out and is bulky enough to get a trick room off reliably. Incineroar is good set up and with Fake Out you can pretty much guaranteed Incineroar + Farigiraf leads to trick room.

This is the bulk of my core and I rounded my team off with Pokemon that would work even if there was no Trick Room. Ninetales-Alola forms a hail core and Scarf Basculegion is the best pokemon in the format IMO.

The Trick Room Glue. Helping Hand is good support and Hyper Voice/Psychic form good coverage. Maximum defense helps live moves like Kingambit.
